My experience : Starting errin while on Nexplanon. Thoughts?
I got my nexplanon in May 2021 and have been constantly spotting since then. It is now over a year later and i’m still spotting, so my ob recommended a progestin-only mini pill to stop the bleeding. I told her i’d previously been on the pill for over 3 years and it had terrible effects on my mental health so I read about errin, the pill she recommended to me, and everyone is saying that it made their periods super irregular and pms like crazy. Of course everyone is different and experiences effects differently, but should I be worried? I do not want to have to myself through that again.
