My experience : Stopping birth control due to fatigue

I have been on Yaz for many years and was on nortrel for a couple months. I’ve always have sleep issues but lately it has been really exhausting. I try to sleep 8-9 hours of sleep but always wake up so exhausted and I am fatigued throughout the day. I’m not sure if it’s from my birth control. Has anyone experienced this and did you stop your birth control?
