My experience : Zoloft took my period away? Or could it be my IUD?

I’ve missed my period for the last two months. The first time, I didn’t have a real flow I don’t think, but I spotted a ton for over a month. This most recent time I was supposed to get my period, nothing.

The only change I could think of was that I increased my dosage of the SSRI I’m on- Zoloft. I also have a hormonal IUD (skyla) but it’s almost 2 years old at this point, so I don’t think it would suddenly cause my period to stop.

My question is: Has this happened for anyone else? I’ve already asked my psychiatrist and he said it’s possible for my meds to be affecting it but not super common. I’ve taken 3 pregnancy tests (one clearblue stick, 2 strips from amazon) and all have been negative. I’d like to believe everything will just work itself out but I have severe pregnancy anxiety.
