My experience : Going back on BC
For the last few years, I have been intermittently going on and off BC. I started taking BC again a few days ago and have been having a lot of crying spells and feeling so anxious / worthless. In the past, I have noticed some mood swings when going on and then off BC but it has never been this extreme. Should I give it another 2 weeks to see if my mood stabilizes?
