My experience : Just got Liletta inserted - should I also take Plan B?

I had unprotected sex last night (~12 hours ago), and I just had a successful insertion of the Liletta IUD this morning. I've heard mixed opinions about Liletta's effectiveness as emergency EC (the Planned Parenthood said it could be used as emergency EC but Liletta's brochure and website says it can't). I'm worried about taking a Plan B because the side effects might mess with the side effects I'm already feeling from IUD insertion. Should I take one anyway?
