My experience : insane bruising after stopping bc pills ???
so I recently got off my birth control pills about 5 months ago and the past couple weeks ive started to notice how easily i bruise that mostly my legs are literally covered in bruises as well as random ones around my body. Now i have always bruised easily and before i started birth control it was the worst it ever was because of a new job i just started at the time. That is where i met my now husband and became sexually active so i started birth control. At the time i thought it was just my body getting used to all the banging and clumsiness i was doing everyday at work as it was a very physical job but now i’m starting to wonder if i have very low iron levels or something because its starting to come back again! Has anyone experienced this ? i take vitamins with iron in them but maybe its not enough ??
