My experience : Azalia - Breakthrough bleeding after 2 years

I've been taking Azalia for over two years and never had any side effects or bleeding whatsoever, not even spotting. Since January I've been experiencing pretty heavy periods randomly (we talking about bleeding through a tampon and a pad within 2/3 hours, although its not always this heavy). I attributed this to stress as I lost a family member around that time but I've since had heavy bleeding when I haven't been stressed.

Around January/February I ran out of Azalia pills I brought from Ireland and started Azalia that I got here in Sweden (where I live now). They're identical pills but it just feels like a weird coincidence that the heavy bleeding started then.
I plan to go to a women's health center next week but I'm worried they'll say that this is normal for the mini pill and not offer any solution, I also don't know what solutions there could be. As of today I am on my second period of May and I'm so over this.

Has anyone else experienced something similar? I've heard some people had no issues on Cerazette and had issues after changing to Azalia, even though they're the same. Should I be asking to switch?

Thanks in advance!
