Hi everybody! I got off of birth control in September of 2021 after being on it (NuvaRing) since September 2018. When I got off I was surprised to see that my breasts had shrunk a lot. I had expected them to shrink a bit honestly but I mean…. They really shrunk. They are now smaller than they were even before I got on bc. Why did that happen? How did they get even smaller? The shape changed significantly from the size drop as well and now they are super flat and ski-slope shaped :/
I am really sad about this dramatic change and my breasts used to be a feature that I really took pride in but now I feel a lot of shame about their size and shape. Does anybody else relate to this? Why did they get smaller? Is there anything I can do about this? What happened???
