My experience : Does Mirena make your nipples sore?

I (early 20s) switched from Skyla to Mirena about a month ago for health reasons. Every since my nipples have been very sore periodically (not all the time). Like when my bra touched them it’s agony. I’m not pregnant (dr does a ultrasound to check IUD placement and nothing was in there. Haven’t had sex since) and this didn’t happen on Skyla. I just want to know if this is normal for the Mirena or if it’s something else?
