My experience : How long to adjust to a new pill
(Per an earlier post) I switched from Amethyst (generic of Lybrel) to Slynd this week. I'm about 5 days in now. I noted right away that I'm much less anxious and irritable, and that I'm sleeping a lot better. Those are positives. I also dropped 4 pounds of what was clearly water weight, which I'll put as a neutral.
The negative is that I do feel like my aerobic fitness has fallen and I am breathing much harder when I run. I am not sure if this is just part of the adjustment, though.
When switching methods, how long do most allow for an adjustment to the new method?
