My experience : Going off BC
Hi guys! I'm sure there has been plenty of these posts (I read a few of them myself) but I would be delighted if someone shared their experiences with me. Anyway, I've been on BC for the last 4-5ish years and I would really love to get off, even for a few months. Everyone around me has had a positive experience coming off, but of course, everything that I read on the Internet said otherwise so, quite frankly, I'm a bit scared to come off. I have thin, fine hair, but it looks okay and I can style it. A lot of people on the Internet is complaining about hair loss after stopping birth control, so I am scared to do so, but I really want to. I am overall a healthy, active person, I eat well and exercise often. I didn't have any hormonal issues before going on a pill, so I'm wondering whether or not I will experience hair loss. Thank you everyone in advance for your comments (if there are any)!
