My experience : Kyleena and never ending period?

So I recently got my Kyleena IUD put in about a week ago and I started my period two days later as it was supposed to start around that time anyways. The first two days after I got my IUD put it I had no pain or complications, but the second my period started its been hell. The first day it was barely there with light cramps, but the next day it was super spotty with piercing pain that made me have to stop whatever I was doing. The last five days have been consistent heavy bleeding with on-again off-again terrible cramps, it’s barely lightened at all, instead just becoming more sporadic in how long I bleed for. Pain killers only do so much/last for about 5 hours before I feel like I need to lie down again with a heating pad. Did anyone else have similar expierence to this? I have endometriosis so maybe thats why it’s so heavy because the IUD literally expels all the uterine lining but even with my normally heavy/painful periods it’s never been like this. I also can’t wear tampons for 10 days after I got it put in so maybe I just forgot how much blood we really lose during a period. I also know its supposed to be irregular, so maybe I’m just freaking out for no reason but I really don’t want to be bleeding like this for much longer — I want to be able to wear regular underwear again lmao😭
