My experience : stomach problems linked to birth control?
hi, i’m a 15f who started taking the pill in November to help with hormonal acne and have been on it since.
In the last couple of months, I’ve suddenly gotten extremely bloated and constipated, I poop probably once every 3 or 4 days. I’m bloated pretty much all the time, even as soon as I wake up, which was never a problem before (even in the early months of taking birth control).
I work out semi-regularly and have started eating much healthier, but this hasn’t seemed to help with the bloating much at all. I’m wondering if my birth control could be the culprit of my stomach issues? Any help would be appreciated.
