My experience : Sudden side effects developing after months of use?

Hi! I’m curious if anyone developed side effects late into taking BC pills. I was put on Junel and Yaz since starting BC pills and almost immediately I knew they weren’t for me based on side effects.

Then I went on Sprintec and I LOVED it. No side effects except I went up a cup size! Three months later I got the generic Estarylla and the cystic acne came out… still I was willing to work with it. I mean, I wasn’t pregnant.

But then my pharmacy gave me Sprintec again. And now I have the acne and severe anxiety. Normally I have anxiety now and again. I cope. But this is not at all normal for me. I’m positive it’s the BC.

Is it normal for the side effects to just…get worse? I’m confused. Does it…go away? Also the generic switch .. I thought they were the same? I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow for it but I’m curious what other people have experienced.

To clarify I am not on Tri lo sprintec. I’m on regular sprintec.
