My experience : Anyone Else Get Extremely paranoid

Hi everyone. Sorry if this kind of post isn't allowed here. But I just need somewhere to voice my thoughts I guess. Eventhough I use condoms when I have sex (because my wonderful boyfriend is sympathetic with me not wanting to use hormonal BC), I always get paranoid when my period seems to take a bit longer in between than normal. For reference, I have not even had regular periods for most of my life. I used to go months in between at times. And it wasn't until about a year or so ago when I became regularly sexually active that my periods started to come every month.

Now I'm always filled with anxiety around when my period should be because it is not here yet. I mentioned in a previous post that I have an extreme fear of pregnancy and I just hate having to go through this. Thanks to whoever decides to read this.
