My experience : Coming off of Gederel
So I decided to come off of Gederel in March as I felt like it was making my mental health worse. I was on it for 4 years in order to regulate my periods. Since coming off of it, I’ve experienced massive digestion issues, bloating, nausea, dizzy spells and generally feeling very weak and tired. I also still don’t have my period.
Is this normal considering it’s been 3 months since my last pill? Has anyone else experienced this?
