My experience : Mirena IUD Pain
I 22F just got my Mirena in today. I typically have irregular periods w/o birth control and they usually (not always) are light and brown. I got the Mirena for various reasons- manage MS symptoms, ect. as my hormones seem to dictate my symptoms. Gastroparesis- meds might not be 100% efficacious taken by mouth.
Anyway, insertion was painful as expected. But I’m cramping like a sunova and was wondering how long that takes to subside?
