My experience : Mirena -> Paragard, experiencing no cramps, will this continue??
Short of it: I switched from Mirena to Paragard and am super happy, and have zero cramps. Is this going to continue? Is it a result of me coming off the Mirena? I’ve had Paragard before and I did cramp, this time around I bleed much more but do not cramp at all.
Long of it: I had the paragard for several years and had it removed because I thought I displaced it with my menstrual cup. Gyno sort of pressured me into a Mirena, and I had one year feeling very disconnected to my cycle and light periods. Could never tell what was going on w my hormones and how it was affecting me, finally went back to Paragard. This is my second period with the Paragard and while I do bleed much more, I have zero cramps which I know is not typical. I also had cramps when I previously had the Paragard. Just wondering if this will continue? Any similar experiences????
