My experience : Side effects from Norethindrone 0.35mg - Normal?

I just started BC for the first time about 5 weeks ago. Im 33, have migraines, vape nicotine, smoke cannabis, have a higher than usual resting heart rate, and I'm a recovering IV addict.

The side effects I've experienced started pretty quick and havent stopped. Ive been getting headaches near daily, with migraines on the other days. Nsaids & excedrine arent helping. I've been nauseous most days and gagging really easily over certain smells and oddly, any gooey texture I see...I know its weird lol. My breast have been tender the whole time but its really bad right now as I'm supposed to be on my period but it seems to be struggling to show (not unusual for me). Also been having pelvic pains on both sides, like I'm getting shocked...the past 2 days its been in a specific spot on my left side and more painful than what its been. These pains are not normal for me.

Honestly thought I was pregnant. I've been testing repeatedly and still coming up negative. I have an appt next week to get blood work and then Nexplanon a couple days after. Are these side effects likely to carry over with the implant? Do they seem abnormal and should they be lasting this long?
