My experience : SYNPHASIC combination pill. Has anyone been on it?

Hey everyone. My doctor switched me to Synphasic because I was having mild breakthrough bleeding. The dosage is up one tier compared to my previous. But one of the active hormones is Norethindrone, different from the Levonorgestrel as what was in my previous pills. So I’m a little worried about it since I’ve never had it before. Each pill has Norethindrone and Ethinyl Estradiol

Also the first week of the pack vs middle of pack is different dosages and I’ve never had a birth control like that before? I’m not finding much about personal experience on this pill either so I figure I would ask here. Thanks so much
