My experience : Am I just an idiot?

So, backstory, I did IVF in April (plus a round earlier in the year that had to be abandoned). Both times I was told to take combo pill at the beginning of my cycle to delay my cycle (both times it was just for a couple days).

Anyway, my first cycle after the failed IVF was exactly when I expected it in May, meaning my July cycle would fall during my two week holiday.

So I decided to take 6 of the pills I still had, just to delay ovulation by a week or so. I’m now 6 weeks since my last cycle and I don’t know what to do.

Have I completely f****d up my cycle? Will my period come? I feel like such a numpty.
