My experience : Just got nexplanon wanting to get kyleena

Hello I got my nexplanon back in 2019 and I just got it out today 2022. I had to get the Nexplanon out because of excessive weight gain mood swings anxiety levels all that fun stuff. I want to switch to the nonhormonal copper IUD but I’m also scared about the heavy bleeding, my doctor said today that I should think about getting Kyleena But I’m also scared that will make me gain weight because of the hormones in that as well I know it’s less than the Nexplanon but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience switching from Nexplanon to the Kyleena? Did you lose weight gain, gain weight or stay the same?
