My experience : Kyleena - 4 years later my menstrual cycle is back.

I have had the best experience with kyleena so far (just started year 4!) I have not had my period, except a little spotting here and there, but now have had my period for a few days. Prior to getting kyleena, I would get my period the first week of every month (so around this time). I’m trying not to worry but I can’t feel my strings, which I hear is normal during your period, but I’m starting to get nervous. Has this happened to anyone ?
