My experience : Plan B and dizziness?
So I took Plan B for the first time ever about a week ago. I had been on the pill for about 15 years, but I went off it for one month and didn’t think I was ovulating, but I was wrong. Ended up taking Plan B like 65 hours after intercourse.
Now a week after that I’ve been dizzy for 2 days. I see about 10-15% of people do experience dizziness, but it’s been quite a while and I read symptoms typically don’t last this long.
Next period not due till the 15th ish so it’s too early for a pregnancy test, but I know dizziness is a symptom of early pregnancy as well. Also, it’s the first month I’ve been off the pill in 15 years as I mentioned so it also could be crazy period symptoms that I’ve never known about. I went off the pill because my period symptoms were getting more and more severe and I intended to get a hormonal IUD.
I guess I’m just wondering if anyone has experienced side effects of Plan B a week after the fact?
Extremely worried about the potential of being pregnant.
I live in Canada so I still have the privilege of choice, but obviously I don’t want to go through that if I don’t have to.
Thanks for listening.
