What is "Obstetrics " ?

Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.

My experience over Obstetrics "When did I most likely ovulate?"

So I was on the NuvaRing for years. In March 2022 I left my ring in for 5 weeks instead of the recommended 3-4. I took my ring out to have my period, and ended up having sex either the same day or day after that. Then I had my period or withdrawal bleeding whatever you wanna call it the next day, for a few days. Then 9 days later I had sex again. (Never put a new ring in after bleeding). I ended up pregnant. But my question is when did I ovulate you think? Did I get pregnant from the sex before the bleeding or after? Just confused because I know my cycle was messed up from leaving the ring in too long. Thanks for opinions in advance!
