so, i have been skipping every other period for a few months, as advised by a nurse since i have extremely low iron and i lose more on my periods. last month, after not having a period for a bit, i went off the pill to have my period, and it never came. around that time, probably july 26? i started having ovary pain that was so terrible, my boobs started hurting, and i started breaking out. my period never came so i went back on my next pack. i’ve been extremely anxious. i took a few pregnancy tests today and they all came back negative. now i noticed my nipples have been hurting, but only if i pinch them or press against them rough enough. not just wearing clothes/sleeping/etc. my ovary pain it better now but still there. im wondering if this could be from not having a period on my left ovary for a while? has anyone else had this symptom? im really anxious and just need some help
