My experience : Post-birth control anxiety
I have been on birth control for about 10 years and I recently came off completely. I was on Yasmin for about 5 years but then started nuvaring and had horrible anxiety. I now have horrible anxiety and insomnia even after being off of everything. Has anyone else has this reaction to coming off?
