My experience : Brown spotting two days back on new pill pack

Hello everyone! I’ve been on sprintec for 2 years now and never really noticed this. I just ended my period week and have a little bit down brown spotting for the past two days while on my new pack. I’ve never experienced this before and i’m wondering what the reasoning could be? It’s only a little bit, not enough for a pad, but i do see it after i use the bathroom.

I’ve been going through an immensely stressful period right now so i’m wondering if stress could cause this. Could this also be a symptom of pregnancy on birth control? Please let me know if this is normal because i’m kind of scared. Thank you
