My experience : Experiences with the patch??
Hello! I have been on the pill for about a year now and in that time I’ve had some pretty uncomfortable and inconvenient side effects so I have been researching other forms of BC. My goals for birth control are to improve my hormonal acne (or at least not make it worse), avoid gaining more weight, and of course be as effective as possible against pregnancy. I fear the invasiveness and side effects of the IUD and based on my research it seems like the patch could be a really good option for me! I will be discussing my options with my gyno, however I feel like there is such little information on the birth control patch. Has anyone had any particularly positive or negative experiences on the patch? Is it difficult to keep adhered to the body? I would appreciate any information you guys may have!!! thanks!
