My experience : week long breakthrough bleeding after two years on the pill
I’ve never missed or taken a pill late, but this week I’ve been non stop lightly bleeding. I’m not having any pregnancy symptoms and I just started my placebo week with some still light bleeding. Today is day 8. Can stress cause this to happen? I also started exercising, something which I haven’t done since I started the pill. The bleeding started two days after I first went to the gym. I’m so freaked out I can’t stop shaking so any reassurance would be great!!
