My experience : Early Pregnancy Symptoms or Side Effects

Hey, apologies I’m a very paranoid human about my birth control because of Tokophobia, so I sometimes need reassurance. About 3 weeks ago I came off the pill which I was taking with the hormonal IUD due to endometriosis problems. When I came off the pill, I still had the IUD in place as far as I knew, so I had no doubts. I had sex about 2 weeks ago without a condom but didn’t finish inside still with the IUD in place which I thought would be fine, but I’ve been having massive cramps and now can’t feel my strings. I’m not nauseous, dizzy or tired and I haven’t been spotting, but my boobs are sore and I’ve got cramping and abdomen pain. I’m panicking that I’m experiencing early pregnancy symptoms, but I’ve tested quite a lot and all tests have come back negative. Am I panicking over nothing or should I be worried? I’ve got a doctors appointment booked to make sure the IUD is still in place but I’m still very worried.
