My experience : IUD is making it harder for me to orgasm?

So I got the Liletta Hormonal IUD
3 months ago, and until a few weeks ago had super heavy bleeding and painful cramps. Now it’s more so a lot of discharge and I haven’t bled for a while. So essentially I think the more painful side effects have started to wane. However I have noticed difficulties with sex. I don’t know if this is a physiological or psychological thing but i’ve noticed it’s harder to get wet and orgasm vaginally. I also used to be able to squirt prior to the IUD but haven’t since. Ever since I had sex and he told me he could feel something poking him Ive been afraid to be too rough or preform in vaginal sex the way I used to, so perhaps it’s something psychological and to do with fear

So has anyone had changes to their orgasms after the IUD and is it because of my body or my mind ?
