I’m a 26F, got my implant almost exactly a year ago and finally just came to terms with the fact that the reason my libido has been significantly decreasing must have been because of this BC. I’m looking into ways to increase estrogen level to fight back the waves of progesterone releasing everyday into my system. But I haven’t found any information on how to, or even if it’s safe/effective to get sex drive back this way, all I see is the stories of people having sex drive “switched” back on instantly after they took the implant out. I really don’t want to as I feel the only option is left for me would just be tying my tubes, which I think is probably almost impossible for someone at my age (no husband, no child) in my country, though I haven’t really tried to find out.

So I wonder if anyone has successfully used supplements or any other way to increase your libido while still sticking with the implant? Any experience would be much appreciated 🙇
