My experience : Missed pill on first week, Linessa 28

I accidentally took a placebo pill on my first day, (Wednesday). On Thursday, at 11:24 PM (I usually take my pills at 11 PM), I took 2 pills to make up for it. Then continued taking it normally. I had unprotected sex today in the morning and he came deep inside me. He’s also on finasteride so it may decrease fertility on his end anyway. Am I still protected or should I take Plan B?
