My experience : My medicaid insurance won’t cover lo loestrin fe (the lowest dose on the market), which is the closest alternative and what difference did you feel on it if any?

I have no side effects from lo lostrin fe and am nervous about having to take a higher dose just because insurance won’t cover the one that works for me…has anyone had a similar experience? Years ago the birth control I was taking made me sad, irritable and gave me low libido, I don’t remember the dosage but I think it was ortho try cyclin so probably around 35 mcg ethynyl estradiol vs the only 10 mcg in lo loestrin fe I’m taking now.
