My experience : No period after 43+ days -- despite Condom usage?
Throwaway for obvious reasons,
My girlfriend and I have had protected sex, throughout the entirety of September, weekly. We always used condom, I mean putting it on before any PIV, proper lubrication, pinching tip whilst rolling down.
I also grabbed the base whilst finishing outside (pulling out + condom that is). Every single condom was checked for leakage / holes before being disposed of.
Yet here we are, and it's been 43+ days since her last period. She has had several long cycles such as 38, 41 and some irregular 21 and 24 days sprinkled in there across our 3 year long relationship but never something as long as this.
Could microtears have been involved? How do some people end up pregnant, despite perfect usage?
And, am I panicking for no reason? She had a bit of bleeding several days ago, which made me think she would have her period shortly but it didn't come. I am very worried about that bleeding as it is spotting maybe?, though I've been reassured by her, that it is normal to bleed tiny amounts when you might be about to get it. Did she just ovulate extremely late?
