My experience : Pregnany paranoia

I use a Kyleena bc and I’ve had it since April. I don’t think I’m pregnant, had the usual spotting once a month. I get this slight cramp on my side and I’ve gained 4 pounds, so it makes me paranoid. I’ve taken 2 pregnancy test within the past 4-6 weeks(both came out negative). I think I’m going to remain celibate at this point and call my doc to order some blood work to make sure I’m not pregnant.
