My experience : Prescription won't be ready in time 😔

so, I'm on Larin Fe 1.5/30 and I'm prescribed a 3 month supply at a time. I skip my period by not taking the sugar pills (after an adolescence of debilitating periods nothing brings me more joy 🥲) but it's messed with my prescription refill. I have one more hormone pill for tonight (13th), but I don't get a refill until the 15th, by 3pm. If all goes well I'll only miss one pill, but how badly will it affect me? I've never missed a pill before and take my BC at exactly 8pm every night, so I'm perhaps a little frightened. my last period lasted 2 weeks, and I'm afraid of that happening again 😭 plus, I don't know if I should wait the seven days again before I have unprotected sex? any advice is welcome pls 🥹
