My experience : Should I get Paraguard
Today I went to see the OB-GYN and was advised that I should take some time before making a descion to get Paraguad. Although she's totally agree with me to get IUD, she said her favourite types are hormone based ones ( mirena, Kylneea) . I heard that Paraguard insersion procedure doesn't not include local anethesia so one should either take some advils or have this done while on period ( cervix is looser during period). Is it true that Paraguard cause immense pains during period? I enjoy having regular period but I have decided not to plan for parenthood anypoint for the rest of my life. p.s I am 26 yrs old healthy female, non-smoker, non-drinker.
