What is "Obstetrics " ?
Obstetrics is the field of study concentrated on pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. As a medical specialty, obstetrics is combined with gynecology under the discipline known as obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN), which is a surgical field.
My experience over Obstetrics "My Pap smear and question"
Not sure if this would be the place to post here.
So, I just got out of my appointment, feeling shame and embarrassment that I could not sit through it (my private part still hurts).
I was also recommended to get a HPV vaccine, but I am skeptical about it because I've never been sexually active or had an intercourse. And so, is it really necessary to have it?
