My experience : copper IUD inserted 1 week ago.
I'm 15 years old and recently got my copper iud (exactly a week ago) i didn't have any cramping within the first 48 hours but on the third day around the afternoon it was pretty bad. haven't had much cramping since then. I've been spotting consistently but yesterday there was a ton of blood. it seemed like a period but my period wasn't supposed to start for another week. (its never ever come early before.) last night i felt the worst pain of my entire life (which i expected because i knew my period would be heavier and crampier after the insertion) but when I checked today it was back to the normal spotting. I'm confused and overthinking lol.
