My experience : Has anyone ever tried to combine cycle tracking and condoms?
My body has been reacting badly on any hormonal form of birthcontrol, so I'm currently at the point of being ready to trip that Mirena spiral out of there. I've heard mixed signals about cycle trackers and people getting pregnant and condoms are not 10p% safe of course. Has anyone tried to combine it with condoms? Say you would track yourself, not have sex on fertile days and use condoms for the 'safe' days? I would love to hear some of your experiences!
