hey! so i was wondering what is the best birth control? i was thinking about getting an iud mirena or something soon but im not sure, i heard it can be a painful procedure and have cramps, my mom suggests its a good birth control since she had it for many years before. also is it okay to have unprotected sex with iud + (any other birth controls u guys suggest) and how would i know if it failed to work? i assume when u find out ur pregnant youll know it didnt work HAHA
