My experience : Which contraception should I use?

I was on the pill for a year and I suffer with ibs so I didn’t feel like I was protected enough. I had the implant and bled the entire time until I had it taken out. I can’t use certain types of birth control due to migraines, I’m too high risk for a stroke. Me and my boyf always use condoms which had been fine until it broke and I had to take the morning after pill. What are my options? I don’t want to be bleeding constantly, all other side effects I can cope with!
