My experience : Birth control unbalanced ph
Hi, I first got on the lowest form of birth control in late 2020 because I was experiencing a lot of yeast infections, uti’s and everything was really unbalanced. Since I’ve been on it, I haven’t had that issue again but even though it’s the lowest, I’m scared it might have any negative long term effects on my body. I’ve been seeing most ppl get off and go natural but I’m scared I’ll start experiencing the same symptoms again and my ph will go unbalanced again.
