My experience : EXTREME anxiety about the OC

Hi everyone! I would really like some reassurance on this matter as I am a pretty anxious individual and can't stop overthinking. So I was on my pill break last week and had sex without a condom (long term boyfriend, tested) on Friday (1 week ago from today) but he didn't finish inside me. I then began my next pack on Saturday, which was the 8th day. However, I did not take it with water and just ended up dry swallowing it as I didn't want to delay the time and had no access to water. I also ate and drank water about an hour later. What's freaking me out is that my back has been hurting terribly the past two days and I have also had mild abdominal cramping and a headache. I can't stop freaking out about the fact that maybe dry swallowing the pill somehow meant it didn't take effect (like it got stuck in my throat without me realizing) and I'm experiencing implantation symptoms. I did some intense cardio after that which resulted in some coughing, but I don't recall feeling or seeing anything come up/out. The backache just felt very similar to how it does on my period. Am I going crazy? I would appreciate any advice or reassurance.
