My experience : blood in urine

I just recently started taking lo loestrin bc and I haven't exactly been consistent. Different times of day and I even forgot to take it today. About two days ago I started seeing blood on the toilet paper when I wipe. It will be pink of the toilet paper. I've also done an at home test for a uti amd tested positive, but I'm getting antibiotics today. I am very scared right now, as I have never had this happen to me. I read that some hormonal bc can cause blood in urine? When I pee everything is clear and no blood or dark color.
