Hello! I need help with losing weight on birth control pills. I currently take Sronyx and i’ve been taking them for about 10 months now. I’ve put on some weight since starting it but nothing crazy. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, do cardio, heavy lifting, and abs but the stubborn weight still remains. I’m trying to figure out the best diet possible and TikTok is not helping. Are there any success stories with losing weight on birth control? If so, how?
