My experience : Microgynon Questions

I was using Mercilon last month and switched to Microgynon. Doctor said it was okay to just switch when it was time to use my new pack. I started Micro and had sex (he finished inside multiple times in the week).

For the week after sex, I was feeling mad nauseas throughout the whole day. I felt like I had a UTI as well and had burning pee (took some meds for this and it went away). Sex was painful and he could barely fit the tip in without me feeling like its too painful (pain was deep inside and also a bit at the entrance, my boyfriend felt my g spot area and it was a bit swollen). Now, when i finger myself, I find that there are little white dots small dots as discharge. I have also been spotting a bit, not always on my liner but when i put my finger in and take it out, there would be some blood. When i tried having sex with my boyfriend, he also notice blood around the entrance of my vag as well.

Anyone know? Im leaning towards yeast infection but i am paranoid af. I even tried 2 pregnancy kits last week and they both came out negative.
