My experience : any tips for managing nexplanon bleeding?
after trying a few different types of birth control and none really being compatible with me, my doctor recommended trying nexplanon
i can’t really say much bad about it so far; the first month was literally perfect and i couldn’t have asked for better, like i actually felt normal like pre-hormonal birth control type normal. my period was not as heavy and significantly shorter too with a lot less cramping and drowsiness which made me feel confident this was the method for me buuuut…. two weeks after my period finished, along came the infamous nasty brown/black discharge crap that ive read about. it’s just enough that it ruins panties but not quite enough for a liner/ i don’t want to have my cup in every day (and i don’t think it’s healthy to do so either)
im happy with nexplanon but the constant stream of dark discharge is annoying. i plan to keep the implant, just wondering if anyone has any sorta tips or tricks for managing/ stopping(?) the gabba goop
